Epinephrine for schools

The 86th General Assembly, in Senate File 462, established that school districts and accredited nonpublic schools may stock an Epinephrine auto-injector supply and directed the Department of Education to adopt rules necessary for schools to voluntarily implement the Act. This new chapter includes rules for the implementation of Senate File 462.
