Cowboys, coffee and life lessons!

Date: Monday, April 29, 2019

The Cowboy Café Coffee Shop, located in the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows High School library, was created by Alicia Schaben, a Level 3 special education teacher, and is an ideal way to blend learning opportunities for special education and general education students.

Special education students are involved in all aspects related to inventory and operation of the business. The coffee shop lends itself to inclusion, Least Restrictive Environment (LRE), Specially Designed Instruction, and secondary transition.
