No.
A school may not withhold academic credit or reduce a grade in a credit class as punishment for non-academic misconduct. Any activity for which credit is given cannot be impacted by a good conduct sanction. In re Nielsen. Nelson & Burns. 13 D.o.E. App. Dec. 284 (1996).
