Is a board required to have a good conduct policy?

Boards of school districts and accredited nonpublic schools must have policies regarding students' "participation in extracurricular activities." 281 IAC rule 12.3(6). However, while a board may include a good conduct rule as part of its policy for participation in extracurricular activities, there is no requirement that it do so. 281 IAC rule 36.15(1).
