Can the school district share its SAVE revenues with another school district?
Yes.
The school district may enter into a 28E agreement with another school district which is located partially or entirely in or is contiguous to the county where the school district is located. The sharing school district shall only use its portion of the proceeds for school infrastructure purposes.
