Can the voters in the school district modify the revenue purpose statement?
Yes.
By holding a successful new revenue purpose statement election in the district, the district electors can approve expanded uses of the funds to include any uses that meet the definition of School Infrastructure in Code, including any new additional items which become authorized by subsequent statutory amendments.
