What are the claim deadlines?
Claims must be submitted on CNP2000 by 3:00 PM on the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a holiday or a weekend, the claim is due at 3:00 PM on the next State Agency working day. Claims submitted after the deadline will not be processed for payment until the following month, resulting in a delay in payment.
