What is the definition of "Beginning Teacher" for purposes of mentoring?
As defined in SF 476. Beginning Teacher means an individual serving under an initial provisional license, issued by the board of educational examiners under Iowa Administrative Code Chapter 272, who is assuming a position as a classroom teacher.
