The district receives the same amount of funds, or $1,300, regardless of whether the teacher is part-time or full-time. The mentor receives $500 per semester for two semesters per year. The remaining $300 may be used for training, training materials, the district's share of FICA and IPERS, or to assist with other related costs for the program.
