If a school is serving more than one entre for lunch, such as chicken nuggets, hamburgers and pizza on the same day, will any of the entrees be regulated by HKA?
Entrees listed on the school lunch menu and available as part of a reimbursable meal will not be regulated by HKA. Additional entres will be considered a la carte and must meet HKA standards.
