What are the repercussions if a school is non-compliant with HKA?
Schools will be monitored for compliance with the HKA by the Department of Education during their regularly scheduled Child Nutrition Program review and during their School Improvement review. All "Corrective Actions" will be required to be addressed and documented that changes were made per Iowa Code section 256.7(29).
