How do we count students that attend school in another school district?
The resident district receives the score back in most cases of tuitioned-out students. In the case of open-enrollment students the district that receives the student includes them in their results. When a student is sent to a residential treatment facility and attends the public school in another district, the district in which the residential center is located must include them in their results.
