Integrated curriculum simply means that the academic subjects a student studies in a classroom are connected, or "Integrated" within a student's career interest. For example, a student interested in medicine may write a report for English class that addresses the various specialties open to medical students. Or, it may mean the math project of a student interested in management will center on developing a business plan and annual report. In other words, the curriculum is tied to a student's interests and career goals. Integrated curriculum provides students with real-world, hands-on education opportunities "the stuff "of real learning.
