How will all students participate in career exploration?
In many communities, partnerships which encourage career exploration are already in place. Relationships as simple as business and community members reading to an elementary classroom are a great start. Job shadowing experiences for middle school students also help students sample the world of work. Ultimately, relationships with the community can provide college-like internships for high school students, providing students with hands-on career experiences as they prepare to continue their education.
