CSIP Addendums Due for DINA 1 and 2

CSIP Addendums for DINA 1 and 2 and DINA Delay 1 and 2 are due on November 1, 2011.  The district must submit their CSIP Addendum through the Department's website (ed info) under "CSIP Addendum".   The link to the site is provided below:
