The Iowa Department of Education presents the Twelfth Iowa Special Education Law Conference.

Do you have questions or concerns about special education law? The Iowa Department of Education invites you to attend the Twelfth Iowa Special Education Law Conference. National and state experts will address major issues in special education law, including court decisions and practical compliance strategies. In addition, our speakers will tell you what is on the horizon, with an outlook to trends in litigation and potential legislation. Our speakers will pay particular attention to the law’s role in improving academic outcomes for students with disabilities.
This conference is designed for special and general education teachers, special and general education administrators, parents, attorneys, related and support services providers, and anyone else who wants to know more about special education law!
