The public notice of board intent to whole grade share for the subsequent school year must be published no less than 90 days before signing the agreement.  See Iowa Code 282.11.  Send notification of board intent for new or changed whole grade sharing arrangements to Barbara Byrd, Consultant, Iowa Department of Education.
