The Iowa Department of Education, Bureau of Nutrition and Health Services have scheduled additional sessions regarding the new USDA meal patterns that went into effect July 1, 2012.  This is a repeat of the information provided last spring and summer and not meant as additional, next level training.  Trainings are not mandatory, but we want to provide another opportunity for each SFA to learn the basics.

The purpose of these trainings is to inform SFAs of the basics of the new meal patterns, and guide them through the first steps.  Contact Amanda Miller at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
