Each AEA, on a cycle established by the department, shall submit to the department a comprehensive improvement plan. The plan shall be the basis for the improvement actions taken by the agency and shall also serve as a basis for the comprehensive site visit. 281--Iowa Administrative Code 72.9(273)
Each agency must submit a revised CIP the year following its comprehensive site visit. The site visit schedule is as follows:
- Keystone AEA 1 - 2015-2016
- AEA 276 - 2013-2014
- Prairie Lakes AEA 8 - 2013-2014
- Mississippi Bend AEA 9 - 2014-2015
- Grant Wood AEA 10 - 2011-2012
- Heartland AEA 11 - 2014-2015
- Great Prairie AEA - 2012-2013
- Green Hills AEA - 2015-2016
- Northwest AEA - 2011-2012
