Two sets of lessons are provided for centers to use in training their CACFP staff. One set of lessons is for Meal Service Staff and set is for Infant Staff. Each set includes four lessons, and each lesson consists of several activities. Most activities take about 10 minutes to complete. A post test is provided after each lesson.
